Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

 The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 The issue is reported within 7 to 15 days of delivery.
 The claim is supported with an unboxing video and clear photos.
 The item is unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
 Size or fit issues, or change of mind
 Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings

Once your return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
