Q1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Yes, we do accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✔ The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
✔ The claim is supported with a clear unboxing video and product photos
✔ The item is unused and in its original packaging


We do not accept returns for:

✖ Size or fit issues, or change of mind
✖ Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
✖ Sale or discounted items

Once your return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Q2. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are issued back to the original payment method in the following cases:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• The claim includes a proper unboxing video and clear photos
• The product is unused and in original packaging

For all approved cases, refunds will be processed promptly after verification.


Q4. Do you accept cancellations?

We understand plans can change.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Unboxing video and product photos
Reason for return

Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the product does not meet the above criteria.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Customized designs
• Sale items
• Gift cards
