Q1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, we do. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✅ The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
✅ The claim is supported with an unboxing video and clear photos
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Size or fit issues, or change of mind
❌ Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings
❌ Sale or discounted items
Once your return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Q2. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method in the following cases:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
The claim is supported with an unboxing video and clear photos
The item is unused and in its original packaging
For all approved cases, once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed promptly.
Q4. Do you accept cancellations?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps within 24 hours of placing it:

After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as every piece is specially crafted and packed with care for you.

- Your Order ID
- Unboxing video and product photos
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the product does not meet the criteria above.
